DSGPay services a broad range of Asian, European, and USA business clients, allowing it to grow its business into Asia and Oceania. It has also been operating a successful cross-border retail payments platform since 2014.  DSGPay has launched several new products recently, including a new mobile application and these now need to be brought to market. DSGPay will be focusing on strengthening these new products, while still supporting and developing its existing business to continue to meet the fast-changing  global business needs.

DSGpay Seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in payment solutions and financial services.

DSGPay is a leading payment service provider based in Asia. We specialize in cross-border payments, collections, and virtual accounts, serving a wide range of customers including payment providers/digital wallets, fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, and mobile/online games.

Huge growth plans are in place, and DSG requires an experienced Business Development Manager to join its young team and align the business development team to the company’s strategic growth plans. 

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s customer base. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing existing client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and ensuring the company’s continued success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Business Customer Onboarding process. Ensure a continued healthy pipeline of new business.
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and networking.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s product/service offerings and expand its reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and adherence to company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience specifically in Payment Solutions, Fintech, Cross-Border Payments, e-Commerce, or other related financial services.
  • Familiarity with the Asian payment market and knowledge of its latest trends and challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
