Position: Data Controller and Operation Officer

Key Responsibilities

Data Controller

• Set up and maintain a data monitoring framework to track and analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Monitor data sources, databases, and systems to identify issues or discrepancies, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Implement and enforce data quality controls and processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
• Conduct regular data audits and assessments to identify and rectify data quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and implement process improvements.

Operation Officer

• Generate payment batch files for all banking partners and other payment partners.
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work alongside the manager and customer support to help complete daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Economic BA, or a related field
• Proven experience in data monitoring, data quality assurance, and operational process optimization.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders – our business language is in English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
