A fast-growing Fintech company, Dollarsmart Global (DSGPay), is focused on disrupting and delivering innovative solutions to the Asian payment markets. DSGPay services a broad range of Asian, European, and USA business clients, allowing it to grow its business into Asia and Oceania. It has also been operating a successful cross-border retail payments platform since 2014. Rapid and extensive growth plans are now in place, and DSGPay is building its Operations team to support its services across its group of entities in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand, with more country locations opening soon.

Join our Marketing team as a Marketing Intern and play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, from administrative tasks to event coordination and content strategy. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the marketing and digital marketing team, including maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing files and documents, and handling various team logistics.
Marketing Material Development: Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials such as presentations, guides, and decks.
Marketing Channel and Content Strategy: Contribute to researching effective digital marketing channels and assist in creating and managing the content calendar.
Event Coordination: Identify relevant conferences and events for the team to attend, support in organizing participation, and manage follow-up activities.
Data Management: Help set up and maintain data tracking systems and gather and organize performance data for analysis.

Qualifications

Recently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software; comfortable using online applications.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Solid understanding of basic marketing principles and office management.
